Delivery is calculated on weight and size. The cost will be shown in the checkout. Or e-mail and arrange a pickup.
We use Courier post and all items are tracked. We will send you the tracking number as soon as its packed and out for delivery.
Signature delivery is avaiable if required, generally we send so no signature is needed.
Cash on pickup
If you order before lunch we will do our best to dispatch your item the same day.
South Island 1-2 days
North Island 2-3 days
Rural delivery could take long but you will already know that.
Warranty on all products is 3 years
If there is a fault in the first 3 months, we pay for the return courier both ways.
If its after the first 3 months you send it back to us and we will repair/replace.
We always keep spares so there will be very little delays in replacements as we want to keep you on the road.
Ordered the wrong product?
Return it to us with the original packaging and we will swap it for you.
We will charge the cost of the courier if we need to send another one out.
Just want a refund?
Return the product back to us in new un-used condition with all original packaging. We will refund minus the postage we paid and the credit card fee 2.9% (if appliciable). We will advise what this was at the time of the request. Although you did not see the postage cost its built in to the product price.
Yes we supply invoices with all orders.
