WARRANTY

All of our products carry a minimum 1 year warranty.
Portable EV Chargers carry a 1 year Warranty
Wall chargers carry a 3 year warranty. 
Cables & Accessories carry a 3 year warranty

• If there is a fault in the first 3 months, we pay for the return courier both ways. If its after the first 3 months you send it back to us and we will repair/replace and send it back at no extra cost.
• We always keep spares so there will be very little delays in replacements as we want to keep you on the road.

RETURNS
To return a product please get in touch. 

• Ordered the wrong product and want to swap? 
  Return it to us with the original packaging and we will swap it for you.
  Must be with in 90 days or ordering
  We will charge the cost of the courier if we need to send another one out. 

• Just want a refund?
  Return the product back to us in new un-used condition with all original packaging. We will refund minus the courier we paid and the credit card fee 3% (if the payment was with credit card).
