Dual output EV charger – Charge 2 cars together

This dual output wall mounted EV charger has the innovative feature of both a Type 2 fixed cable and a Type 2 socket that is capable of charging 2 electric vehicles at once.

When one vehicle is plugged in it will output 7.4kW, when two are plugged in it will automatically share the load and provide 3.7kW to each vehicle and automatically ramp up when one has finished charging.
The Type 2 socket allows you to charge any vehicle, use a Type 2 to Type 1 cable to charge a Japanese imported vehicle while you also charge your NZ new Type 2 vehicle. Or use a Type 2 to Type 2 cable to charge 2x Type 2 vehicles.

The app allows you to set charge schedules, adjust the maximum current overall as well as monitoring power usage.

Dynamic load balance
Optionally install the included CT clamp at the mains and this will monitor your total house draw. If this draw exceeds the maximum limit the charge rate will be reduced to avoid tripping the breaker.
Great if you are on a power plan that offers free power and you want to have all your appliances running at the same time.
