Type 2 to Type 1 EV Charge Cable 8m

This 8m Type 2 to Type 1 cable will allow you to use your Japanese imported vehicle at public and home charge stations that have a Type 2 socket.
It converts the Type 2 socket in to Type 1 allowing charging at up to 32a or 7kW.

Type 2 sockets are the New Zealand standard but all imported cars from Japan still use Type 1 such as Nissan Leaf, Mitsubishi Outlander, Prius, Eclipse, ENV200.

The car charging cable is flexible even in the low temperatures. The 32A rating allows you to charge at around 30km of charge per hour.

These cables can only be plugged in to a Type 2 socket, they will not work if you plug them in to the end of another Type 2 cable as an extension cable.
