Type 2 to NACS Charging Cable – For Japanese Import Tesla

Charge your Japanese-import Tesla directly from a Type 2 charging socket without needing a separate Type 2-to-NACS adapter.

This cable has a Type 2 plug at the charger end and a NACS/Tesla connector at the vehicle end, providing a simple one-piece charging solution.
Removing the need for an additional adapter means fewer connections, less bulk and one less potential point for poor contact or heat build-up.

It is ideal for use with Type 2 socketed home wall chargers as well as compatible Type 2 public AC charging stations commonly found at hotels, shopping centres, workplaces and car parks throughout New Zealand.

Rated at 32A single phase, the cable supports charging at up to 7.4kW, subject to the vehicle and charging station’s maximum supported AC charging rate.

Please note: This is a charging cable, not an extension lead. It can’t be connected to an existing Type 2 cable as it will not work. It will only work with a Type 2 socket.
