3 Phase 22kW EV Charging cable Type 2 to Type 2 for fast electric vehicle charging.
The majority of New Zealand public points use Type 2 also called Mennenkes connection.
This cable will allow you to make use of the many free charging stations around New Zealand. They are backwards compatible with all single and 3 phase chargers and cars that use Type 2.
The cable is flexible even in the low temperatures. The 3x 32A rating allows you to charge at around 90km of charge per hour if your car supports 22kW charging.
Not all EV are capable of charging at 22kWh but this cable is backwards compatible and will work with all vehicles that use Type 2.

Really useful if, like us you live in a high rise apartment block with no place to charge an EV. The local type 2 charging stations don’t have cords so we use this frequently with our Atto 3. I think it has paid for itself with the local free charger!
